Rehabbed A/C unit
I take old A/C units people change for various reasons, but still have plenty of life in them, most a bad fan motor, but many want to get a higher efficiency rating, and lower running costs.
I rebuild them for cheap replacements many older..and young, families just can't swing a new system when their units go Tango Uniform, so I sell these for $250.00.
Now with the infusion of R-410-A refrigerant, you usually have to change the A-coil, flush, or replace the refrigerant lines and install a new R-410-A condensing unit: Pricey.. around $1,000-2,000 a ton.
Here is the latest unit I did, needed a new fan motor. It was really scuzzy, I cleaned it with real strong coil cleaner, repainted it and replaced the fan motor and electrical components. Looks like a new one now, and should give many month's of cooling.
