Our 3790RD is brand new. We love it, but can’t get the cable to work. We’ve tried different cables inside and out. Any ideas?

Set your TV to cable. Turn your antenna booster off.

Called the dealership. They told me about the little button behind the upstairs television. It’s working now. Crisis averted. Thanks!
