Granbury has always been higher than usual on fuel price. At present demand is even higher than usual because of all the gas well drilling activity in the area. I was visiting with parents a few days before Christmas and did not fill up until I drove on to Waco. Gasoline was 12c a gallon cheaper there.

In the Wichita, Ks area and turnpike, Gas was $1.37 and Diesel was $1.91 ... for New Years Eve jumped back up to $1.47 and Diesel went to $1.99. Who da thunk????

It seems to be heading back up. Regular in Parker Az was $1.74 on Monday and on Tuesday it was $1.85.
