BD3 Air-Ride 5th Wheel Hensley Hitch

I am considering buying the BD3 and would like to know if anyone has purchased this hitch and if so, what do you think of it?

Thanks,
Jim

It will be interesting to hear what people say about the BD3. I bought the TS3. It just looked beefier. I have not gotten to use the hitch for very many miles (only about 6 miles) but I can tell it made a big difference.

Also considering the TS3, just that it is heavier and would probably have to stay in the truck permanently. The BD3 comes apart in two pieces which allows you to remove it from the bed.

Talked to Aaron at Trailesaver today and he said that the BD3 is now one of their most popular hitches because of weight, ability to remove it from the truck and the price. Did notice that the TS3 has a 3 year warranty on it and the BD3 is a 30 day money back if you are not satisfied. Will need to look into this further.

Thanks for the feedback.

No doubt about it's weight! I have a Harbor freight engine crane to lift it in and out of the bed.
