Anyone else having problems with their Dish Network service? For the past 2 weeks I've had spotty service and missing channels.
Staying in Columbia, MO and have tried both Eastern and Western arcs. Get messages about total signal loss, then a message about local channels being unavailable (message 563). Calls to Dish tech support are fruitless. "Unplug it" Plug it in" "Move your dish" I spent some 15 years in broadcasting i think I can manage the basics of troubleshooting. The tech had no idea what a code 563 even was
Anyway, if no one else is having problems then I guess another trip up on the roof to reposition the antenna is in order. Then maybe trying to run the cable directly through the window. Brand new 2018 Montana so it shouldn't be the internal cable run.
