Missed Calls
I have a problem with my cell service, I think. I have an IPhone, Verizon service with excellent signal strength at my home and everywhere else I go but I still don't get some calls. The phone doesn't ring and the call doesn't show up on the missed calls. And yet the person who called says the phone rang about 3 times and went to voicemail. My question is do other people have this problem or do I have a problem? I took the phone back to my Version store. They reprogrammed it, changed the Sims card and then replaced the phone.

iPhone SE and Verizon provider here. No problems.
If for some reason you are out of service range or have roaming turned off, incoming calls will go to voice mail. (you probably already know that)

We sometimes had that problem with our old iPhone 5S's in certain parts of the country. Haven't had the problem with the 6 plus's ever.

My iphone6 has been acting up a little lately. On occasion it will vibrate on a call, but not ring, even at full volume. Took it to a Verizon store. The guy did a restart on it and it started ringing correctly again. For a while. He said an overfilled cache could cause that problem. (?) Next time it happened, I restarted it myself and again it works fine.
In addition, sometimes if I try to watch a video on the phone, the video will not play. Doing a restart will usually then allow the video to play.
I think something more than the cache is wrong. May be looking for a new phone if it keeps it up.

Thanks it is a brand new phone my second in a year. I don't think the problem is in the phone, if there is a problem. What I'm wondering is does other people have the problem.
