We now have two. One is a $$$ BAL that we bought at a dealer and the other is a swap meet item that was only $5. Guess which one is less hassle and faster to use?

Definitely use two. I am cheap and would rather spend money on site fees so I made my own for $3.10. I used two pieces of landscape timber that I had had laying around. Bought some threaded rod and 4 washers and nuts. Drilled holes in timbers, put rods through with nuts and washers. Works great.

"The ones CW sells were difficult to tighten under the fender skirt"

First thing I ran into when I bought mine as well. I just flip them over and tighten the bolt from the bottom side instead of the top. Wouldn't be without them.

Clyde n Deb...

Ran into the same problem on one side but not the other (hmmmm), but for consistency sake I install both of the them upside down and tighten/loosen from the bottom. There is NO difference in the effectivity.

But to continue on the spirit of this Topic, I do use TWO!

Two homemade between-the-wheels. Two 4x4s cut on an angle with threaded rod pulling them toward each other. Easy to make. Easy to use. Jim
