Waxing.....What is the best

I am wanting to wax my 315rls this week. What is a good brand of wax to use? Some people have told me to use Turtle Wax because it does not have petrolium in it. What should I use???? I have to make sure I do it right.... since TT's are extinct.

I like Meguiars Auto wax, easy to apply and great looking....Some say "Don't wax" as it could damage the decals. Seems like everything damages these decals. I had a guy at www.dontdriveugly.com say use only a protectant like ProtectAll or 303. Who knows for sure!!!!! Burlington Graphics, makers of the current graphics and some of the others, says do not wax.....

I use the ZipWax Car Wash on my 5'er. Gives it a good shine when I wash it. Even though the instructions say to towel dry it I never do. Just rinse it very well. Not sure I will ever hand wax the beast based on the results I getting with this stuff.

I like Meguiars gloss and gel coat wax. I do not wax the decals, but I do spray Aerospace 303 on them. In 5 years my decals have shrunk, but no peeling, cracking, or fading. I use a wet sheet of bounce to remove the excess glue before I wash n wax the coach.

We use Meguiar's Marine - RV 50 One Step Cleaner Wax. It goes on easy, comes off easy and leaves a nice protective coat that lasts.

I do not know what is "best", but I like to use a polish called "Nufinsh" It is relatively cheap, readily available, easy to apply, and is one of the few wax products that can be applied in full sun.

Ours has never been waxed (it shows too) and the Montana emblem on the front cap is curling up. I will probably peel it off when I have some free time and wax the front cap with Meguiar's Marine wax.

We have been using Turtle Wax ICE wash and wax, and then once a year use the Turtle Wax ICE liquid wax. Its a clear wax that that takes very little effort to buff. Then I use Aerospace 303 on the decals. So far so good. Our friends who have the same year 4300RL do not use 303 and their decals are pealing and curling.

I use Protect All...IMHO, the Montana is too big for regular wax/polish.
