Smile New Montana owners!

Hi all, from Ellen & Kevin! We are not new to camping, but new Montana owners, and our first 5th wheel. Hubby retired from USAF in 2015 (after 30 yrs). He now works at a Toyota manufacturing plant here in TN. I do not work outside the home. (There’s enough to keep me busy at home! LOL) We are also fairly new grandparents. 😄

Welcome! We joined the "5th wheel club" ourselves for the first time late last year and love it! Congrats on your husband's retirement! I did 8 1/2 in the AF myself before jumping out back in '95. We love our Montana and our grandkids (4, 3, just turned 3, and due in October). They are sooooo much better than kids!! Now if only my wife and I were retired...

Congrats and welcome to the forum. You'll find lots of information and friendly, helpful people here. I too retired in 2015 after 30 years Army and moved to Holladay TN and a year later decided to go back to work and now travel to Nashville. Kevin working at the Jackson plant? If so, did you buy from Smallwoods in Jackson?

Thanks! Yes Kevin works at the Jackson plant. You’re not too fa from us. Ellen sees a specialist in Nashville, so we make that drive few times a year.

Thanks! We’re just beginning with the grandkids and can’t wait for more! Kevin is still yearning for true retirement, as well!
