Do they make these anymore? Anyway, I had a 2006 model. I thought it was great except a little small. I would be sitting in the recliner, and for DW to get to the frig, etc, I had to put the feet down. I loved the 3400 layout and finally bought the Mountaineer that has the same floor plan. Good luck.

Don't know what year you are looking at. But our 3075RL is essentially the same floorplan except the 2980RL has an L shaped kitchen counter. Ours has been great for us. We are some timers, not full timers. I think you will like the extra slide and the mid entry door.

Memories. Our first Montana was a 2005 2955RL. We took her to Alaska and back, 10.000 miles and never had a single problem. I thought they discontinued this model?

Oh, I forgot to mention - the door step down on the inside is called some 'funny' name like the death step or something. HA HA HA I think maybe the 2955 also had it, so you may be familiar.
