LED lights

I am thinking of replacing non LED lights inside our 2011 3750FL with LED ones. Any problems I am going to incur doing that?

No problem. I replaced all of mine. You can get at least 2 different wattage bulbs bulbs. Get the brighter bulbs.

No not at all, I did it to my old 2012 3402RL I even went as far as replacing ALL the outdated looking HOT 921 halogen dome lights with LED Puck lights in the ceiling like these http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-NEW-4-5-L...xSDmIN&vxp=mtr you just have to cut a bigger holes for the puck lights to install up there... BIG IMPROVEMENT!, ALSO for the under cabinet I used these touch led's and painted them brown to match the wood http://www.ebay.com/itm/Diamond-Grou...JWiHzU&vxp=mtr then I sold it and bought a 2015 with them already in it Oh Well the next owner will like them

All led lights are not created equal and there is a range of temperatures available. 6500 kelvin is cool white and the wife hates it. 2700 kelvin is warm white very similar to the old filament bulbs we have used since edison days. Warm white is also seen in a range from 2700-3200 kelvin. And you can see some difference between lights from different manufacturers, even when rated at the same kelvin rating. And, of course, the lower temp spec...the lower the lumen rating between bulbs with the same size and number of led chips on the light. John

No problems here either, and we have all LED inside, and LED for outside Door Side, Off Door Side, and Porch. We understand the electricity consumption is 1/8th the old lights and they seem to put out less heat. We like them better and plan to change the basement, running lights, and rear tail lights to LED as well.

We started to process of changing over to LED. Started in the kitchen and it made a huge difference. We decided not to replace all of them, but only the ones we use the most. Some of our lights we never turn on so not spending the extra money for LED on them.

Outside lights are next for us.

NO PROBLEMS HERE! We made the change to all LED a month ago, it took some getting used to the difference in color produced by the LED's we bought but don't even notice it now.

I have a short in my tail light so now seems to be a good time to swap. Is the Tail light LED fixture a simple rewire and attachment?

Yes you can get the same stile light as the OEM one. just hook up the wires and mount it.

I just replaced the ones in our microwave above the stove. They were conventional 110volt and got rather hot. Now they are cool to the touch and I have no problem leaving them on all the time (Good night lights).

No down side except cost to LED. In fact, some advantages:
Last a LOT longer than conventional bulbs.
Are much cooler (less of a fire hazard).
Often can be purchased in multi colors for really cool effects
Use less energy which makes them less of a strain on your batteries

It really isn't too hard to replace them, but beware they may not work properly once you have them installed if you use the wire colors that the rig was wired with. I got ours installed, then had to pull them out and change the connections, as they had the two filaments of the old lights backwards. I also installed two reds on both sides, replacing the backup lights with the second red lights, and then installed white LED light bars on the bike hitch bar for the backup function. These are the lights I used.https://www.amazon.com/s?k=SET+OF+2+...ref=nb_sb_noss

I installed 2 red tail lights where the backup lights were as they are pretty useless to me. Just tie the existing wires from your tail lights to the new ones. I had to use a Dremel tool to make the backup light holes a little larger. Very easy mod and if one goes out you still have one and are still legal.

Red Tail lights are all that is required on the RV? no turn signals or brake lights needed?

We're going to give these a try:

Not much more than getting only a decent LED bulb. For a few dollars more, get a complete new fixture made for LEDS.

If I swapped out the bulbs are LED bulbs more resistant to shorts?

The tail lights are dual filament fixtures that are running lights as well as brake and turn signals, just like what are installed on all these rigs, whether they are the round style or some other shape and also incandescent or LED.
