Last post Dec 15 the.

January 4, 6:15PM

I could not believe my last post was Dec 15th/ I knew it was a long time but no way would I have believed Dec 14. Remember me?? I lived on this puter?

Anyway the saying "the road to improvement can be a long tiedious adventure". Boy they really hit the nose on the head and I ain't home yet. I do have an Onoco;ogy appointment tommorrow and we will see were I am with the cancer treatments. The cathaters are gone and hopefully the bladder will start acting normally

All other problems, the kidney stone, the numerous, some serious, some not so serious infections have been cleared up.

2 ggod things came out of this already.
1- I have but 6 cigarettes in 2 weeks. I smoked my last one about 6:00PM today. Keep your fingers crossed on that one.

2= When this all started was back on August 18th. At that visit I weighed 333 pounds. As of right now I weigh 260, YES 260.4. Not a way to lose wighet but I'l take it

I once again want to thank EVERYONE of you all for prayers, thoughts, comments and good wishes. They have all taken me a long way BUT PLEASE KKEP THEM COMING AS THE LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL SEEMS TO BE JUST COMONG INTO VIEW.

EMAILS For those that have emailed me your thoughts and prayer I also wabt to that everyone of you as well but there are way to many for me to respond to.
For those that have sent me pics of tour rigs I will do my damnest to get the included on the Owners Rigs pages ASAP but that may still besometime in the next week or two.

the very first part of the message was the date and time I started this. A post this long should normally take no more than 20 -25 munutes

Glenn

We are all praying and glad to hear this up beat message!

Personally, I am glad the cigs are down, and that weight loss won't hurt cha either, altho I have to agree, this is one horrible heck of a way to lose it. SIGHHH

HUGS to both you and Lorraine. Keep up the good work, the good spirits and take care!

Well howdy Mr Glen, and I mean that very respectively. Its good to see you are up and at it once again. Good things do take time they say, but I'm sure you are saying hurry up already

All kidding aside, good luck sir and you can rest assure that Linda and myself are sending prayers to the right places. Prayer works and you are living proof of it. Keep up the fight, and as you said, never give up for anything.

Good Luck and may God bless.

One more thing Glen, I quit the smokes 3 yrs ago March. Its unbelievable how good you feel after quiting. Another positive. Now the weight loss, well I need to go there too, but hoping not to do it the way you are.

Good Luck
Dave

Glenn, so glad to hear from you. Glad to know that you have just about stopped smoking, and you have got your weight down. All those things will help when you start your treatments. It has been a tough road for you, and many more ahead but you can do it. You are in our thoughts and prayers, please keep us posted. Keep positive thoughts. John & Marge

Good to hear from you, Glenn! You're right about the road to improvement . . . still, it's a better road than the road to the alternatives.
