Furnace Ducts cause the floor to billow

Okay I know folks have reported this, but I cannot find a tread on it.

When our furnace is on it inflates the floor in the den and kitchen.
Is the fix to just remove the vent covers and seal them so air does not get under the floor?

Thanks

Sounds like you’ve got a lot of blow by where the furnace hoses mates with each of those floor ducts. Perhaps a better clamp around the hose where it mates under neath to the floor duct

I would think sealing the flooring would solve the issue.

Just get some vinyl floor glue at H\D or Lowe's. pull the vent covers lift up the vinyl and smear some glue down under the edge of the vinyl. they don't glue the vinyl down like they use to.I guess they are trying to save money or cut corners. I did on my neighbors SOB 5er.

Customer service done right!!!

Well it did not take long for Sam to reach out to me on this. Sam is from Keystone and PM'ed me.
Well it did not take long after chatting with Sam before Alisha reached out to me.
She reviewed my files and went over current issues.
She was a bit shocked that I had some open issues as long as I have had.
We went over floors ballooning when the furnace is on. The problem turns out that either the ducting is not sealed to the vent or the vent is leaking.

Camper is going in for some other warranty items on Monday. Alisha is going to call the service manager at the dealer to make sure they have the this on their list.

She is also going to follow up and make sure things get done.

I might be only wearing my Grumpy Camper shirt as a joke instead of a statement.
