Bathrooms configuration/style
As we Rally attendees were walking thru the Keystone plant, last September, our guide..... kept saying "they want an all-in one bathroom". My question was..."who are they"? I do NOT want an all-in-one bathroom. "They did not ask me for my opinion!"
I personally, like the "walk-thru" that has the toilet in a private room with a door. My reason is it seems more open and conducive for dressing in the bedroom.
So my poll question is which bathroom style/configuration do you like and perhaps explain why?
Thank you.
PS... I just looked at the floor plans again from the Home page link, and there are only 2 plans that have my style bathroom. 3402 and a 3582.

The 3725RL is our second Montana with the all-in-one bathroom with access through hall and by sliding door to bedroom. Why?, DW says that's what she wants, so it happens.

We will only own a rig with an "all in one bathroom". Friends of ours just bought an older Montana that doesn't have one and that's the only thing they don't like about the rig. They look at it as going in a closet. On the other hand we wouldn't have a rig without a booth, most people want a table and chairs. To each his own.

That is one reason we sold our 3402RL is because we did not like the "POO-POO closet" with the useless sink in there anymore, I am a big Dude and I hated being cramped in there, our 3735MK all in one bathroom is just right for us,lots of legroom and no shower across the hallway with towels hanging over the shower door where everybody can see (Kinda tacky) but hey personal preference that is why they have so many floorplans and our old 3402RL is one of Montana's most popular floorplans(they sold our trade-in in one week) so people do like the separate bathroom for sure just not us

I always felt a bath and a half was a waste of space but after we bought a montana 3910 i have changed my mind.

We like our separated walk-through bath in our 3400. Like mynabird we believe it gives more room in the bedroom. Also, Dea and I aren't big people (me 5'8", Dea 5'3") and have no problem using the toilet closet and believe it kind of deters guests from wanting to "spend much Time" in there. Tim

We have had the walk thru in the 3400 previously and neither of us liked the cramped Poo-Poo either. So when we traded we went with the all in one of the 3455 and thought we were in heaven.
Problem from there was along came the much larger showers and of course we could see the benefits of that, hence our current 3610 model.
I suppose now they could say "they want an all-in one bathroom with the full width shower enclosure" and is probably what the majority of new shoppers now want. In retail one simply can't buck the trends I guess.

We had the split bath in our 2955, so when we went looking to move up, an "All in One Bath" was a requirement. We're now looking at models with the all the way in front bath.

We really like our full front bath. If I ever need a dungeon-like spot to reflect, I can use the half bath on the main level. However, the window reduces the full effect.

I like the big shower all in one too. I loved the size of the 3750FL bathroom and we were going to buy it but I stood in that shower and acted like I was going to wash my hair and my elbows were banging the sides so that stopped that purchase. I loved the linen closet and the laundry closet!!! I miss that in ours. In our 3725RL I love the shower but I don't like the sink - you have to bend your head under the cabinet to spit out your toothpaste. Not to be gross... I don't understand them doing it that way since there is plenty of wasted edging in front of the sink. They could have slid the sink forward where we can get to it and still had countertop space..... A lady didn't design that... Lol...

We had a 3400RL and the little-across-the-hall toilet room drove me nuts! I must be too tall because I had to leave the door open when I "dropped the boys off at the pool".
With the 3725RL everything is in one room. It works better for us and we think it is nicer for when company needs to utilize your facilities. The sink issue was hard to get used to, stupid placement. But after hitting my head every morning for 11 months I think I finally got the hang of it!

We prefer the walk thru bathroom. Main reason is that with most all the enclosed bathrooms the bedroom looks and feels like a closet. I like the open look and feel of the walk thru plan. That is why we are looking at the 3582RL as our next Montana.

I actually feel there are benefits and drawbacks to both, so the bathroom being walk thru or all in one doesn't matter either way. Now, if we're talking about full size shower vs. the teeny, tiny corner shower we've got, I definitely have a strong opinion.

All in one for us....We had the single gas chamber and could not stand it...but tolerated it since we loved everything else about the rig...then like DarMar along came the 3610 and now we wondered how we lived without the full all in one bath!

We love to All-In-One. This is our second Montana with the all in one style bathroom. We prefer the more private feel of it and it is like being in a house. In the 3725RL we agree the sink could have been installed closer to the edge to make it easier to use when washing your face.
