Side running lights

Has anyone had issues with their side running light caps falling off? When we were setting up yesterday at a RV park in Mansfield, TX I noticed the driver's side rear running light cap (red) was missing. I checked the passenger side and that cap was not very securely attached. I know I can replace it but was wondering if this is a common occurrence.

i have lost a couple here and there. So i use a little clear silicone and dab it on and it holds them better but you can still remove them.

This is the way I did it as a trucker for 20 years.

Yes, lost red passenger side last week. Noticed they are not quite the quality as on big rigs I’ve driven. Trying to find an exact match has been difficult. Sounds like I need a little silicone also.

I found a replacement light cover and replaced the one that was lost. I used silicone on both red covers. The amber covers seem to be on pretty solid.

I have replaced all my running lights with LED ones that are much brighter and don’t fly apart. I have a box of lenses if you have trouble finding replacements.
