Just a suggestion.

Most UPS neighborhood stores have mailboxes. You can have your stick house forwarded to the UPS store. When you want your mail, you can specify the location you want it sent to ie. general delivery, a friend or relatives house or another neighborhood UPS store.

We notify them via email or telephone for the forwarding service. The cost is ~$140 per year.

We have used this sytem for a year and it has worked very well for us.
