Closing may actually happen
Dianna and I may close early next week on the house. I thought building a house was frustrating, but if so, this runs a real close second. If I weren't prodding and gouging, the left and right hands (lender and title company) would never communicate. When we close, the first thing I will do is install a 50 amp plug and move the Big Sky over next to the house for more convenient transition from the RV.
As soon as we finish the move, I will detail the Big Sky and the Ford King Ranch and have Them ready for sale. I have researched them on NADA and now have an asking price on each lower than their stated values. If someone bought them together, it would result in further savings. Interested?
