Hello, All

I have a Jensen AWM968 stereo dvd with blue tooth. I cant seem to get the unit to find my phone so I can connect. I have followed the instructions with the unit and when I press the BT button it says BT function then when I search on my phone I cant find it I even hold the button down like it says so it can search and the Jensen says none to be found. and I have an android phone. any help would be great. I have 2 other blue tooth players one in my truck and one on my golf cart and my phone connects to them fine. any ideas?

We have had the same issue since we purchased our unit in April of last year. It was a defective unit and was replaced by the dealer. Now the blue tooth works on the stereo but the dvd player doesn't work. So the dealer is in the process of replacing the unit again. Doesn't seem to be a real reliable stereo, but I'm a little biased since we've had our Montana for almost a year now and the stereo unit has never worked as it should. I would go back to the dealer and have them file a warranty claim, assuming it's still under warranty. It's not you...it's the unit.

My buddies SOB has the same unit and does the same thing,Jensen is Cheap bottom of the Barrel stuff ,that is why I am so glad The regular Montana's /Legacy/Big Sky use ALL Sony-TV/DVD/ 5.1 Surround and it blows that Jensen brand out of the Water WAY more reliable and Sounds so much better ,I would Scrap it and Go Sony/Sumsung etc..IMO
