UPDATE / COORDINATING 2007 RALLY CANCELLATIONS

I think we should all work on Dave & Kelly Anderson and get them to re-arrange their plans again and attend the Lake Siskiyou rally.

Well, it is official. Robbie & Alice within the next few minutes will have our site #309 from ck-in May 24 and ck-out May 29th. It was real easy. I just called in and let them know who would be calling to take over our reservation, and it is now a done deal. Hope you all have a really great time!!! We will miss not being there.

Just wanted to remind everyone that we still have site 333 available. We have waited to cancel our reservation in case anyone else needs a spot.
Unfortunately, we will not be anywhere near the area at that time.

Just swapped sites with Sweetfire. He is holding site 337 5/23 thru 6/01 for anyone that needs a space. The campground was very cooperative in making the swap.

I plan to cancel the reservation for Site 337 next week, Monday, 04/23/07. I think its only fair to give the campground a months notice. Is there anyone considering the ralley that may need the site?

D & M on the road: We are not going to be able to attend the rally this year either. We just bought a new house (04/23/07) that is within 6 weeks of completion and put this one on the market today (04/25/07) and we need to stay around here for the next couple of months or so. We were sure looking forward to the gettogether. We have site 342 at Siskiyou. I'll not cancel the reservation until the 30th of April or 'til someone tells me they want it. One of these days we'll retire and then can travel back to the rallys in your neck of the woods.

I have called Bob, but got his voice mail. So I'm waiting to hear back from him. I will PM him too.

It looks like his reservation was for 24th Arrival and 29th Departure. That will work for us.

Bob Pasternak just called me back. He still has the reservation and he will call Lake Siskiyou CG on Monday and cancel his reservation. I will call the CG and transfer the reservation to me.

Once I have the reservation, I'll let Searchers and D&M On the Road know that I have the reservation.

We had some unforseen things come up that will interfere with the Siskiyou Rally so we will not be able to attend this year. We were booked in spot 300. Everyone have a good time and hope to see you all next year.

Sorry, but I'm not going to make it to the rally, either. I reserved site #332 for 5/23-30. I'm in Sacramento getting my car fitted with a baseplate so I can tow it behind the motorhome, installing a supplemental braking device, selling the motorcycle carrier that came with the motorhome (no, I'm not going to get another motorcycle!), etc. I thought I could work out the timing, but getting into the shops and coordinating all of this is somewhat of a headache!
