Ossobucco

Give this a try, I had to have the meat department at Safeway order them in for me. I will cook mine with a pressure cooker, about 45 minutes, a long time for a pressure cooker.

By the way, if you keep posting on the Girls gone Moc part of the forum will you have to undergo a gender change operation?

Dick,
Just another indication that he's bored out of his mind. I remember when he posted manly stuff, but that was months ago.

Hey, guys can cook too.. Heck, it's no secret we love to eat!
Maybe management could amend the cooking to guys and gals. The ladies seldom contribute to it, Hey there ladies, can you give us a few good recipes?
I am far from bored Mike, with all the prospecting, off-roading and mountain climbing, Sue and I work up a good appetite.
Dick, the Ossobucco is served in some of the best 4 star restaurants, very expensive dish. But, two of the cuts only cost me $15.08, or $9.99 a pound, not bad if you buy them and cook them at home, you can use the beef cuts, about 1/3 the cost. The flavor is in the marrow. Dave, Sue loves for me to cook, she wouldn't say any dish is bad, then she would have to cook dinner..
It used to be a poor-mans dish.
One of my customers on the famous Country Club Plaza serves Ossobucco; The Café Trio on 4558 Main street.

Yup, I'm just a poor meat and potatoes country boy living out here in the sticks with the cowboys.

Ha! Well, I'm just a broken-down old Pipefitter with five thumbs that has never eaten in a 4 or 5 star restaurant, but I spent my whole working life, fixing the kitchen equipment, and keeping my eyes and ears open while doing so.
When I was in the Navy as a machinist, I would sharpen the cook's knives and they would give me roasts, hams and other goodies from the submarine kitchens. It's a wonder I don't weigh 400#...

I beleive the part about Sue doing all those activities, but I recall the last time you took on a REAL mountain you ended up in the emergency room sucking O2.
