Dinner
Shredded beef, creamy Polenta, veggy gravy...no fat, (that's why there is no sheen on the gravy, very concentrated flavors.) I pressure-cooked carrots, Garlic cloves, onions, spices, beef stock, a small can of V-8 juice, Worcester sauce, then strained the cooked sauce.
Collard greens with potato, bacon bits in chicken stock.
Tasty, Sue wanted another plate-full.

I do love to cook, doesn't always come out as I would like, but that applies to Mod's as well. I bet there are alot of guys out there in MOC-land that cook well. Rondo, that is a long time away. I bet by then I will be out of money and have to sell a few A/C units.
