Rock Crusher Canyon, Crystal River, Fl.

We stayed in this park last winter and loved it. We came back to it to stay the winter two weeks ago and have just returned to Kentucky. The park is nothing like it was last year. We have spent the last week and a day there and can not take any more. The music park, the restuarant and the pavillion bar have closed. I was told that they laid of 20 employees and now only have 2 maintenance people working there for the whole park. The mowing is not done very well at all and not much trimming done at all. The pool had black mold around the edge and the jacuzzi had dirt and sand in the bottom. The restrooms were not very clean and the showers had green mold in the corners. We told one of the workers about the showers and she said she would get it taken care of, but after several days it was still there. At the time we were there last year there were 4 or 5 sets of campground host to clean restrooms and showers but this time there was only one set of host and we never did see them at all. We were told by one employee that the park was just a tax write off for the owner. We sure loved this park last year but really got dissapointed this year. We left and will be heading to Arizona next week. Have never been there so not sure what to expect. Will be going to a park called Sunrise Mesa, Apache Junction. All we know about it is that it is a 5 star park with Woodall's and not listed in Trailer Life. If anyone knows anything about it would appreciate any feedback.
