I held off giving an impression of this CG until we'd been here a couple of weeks.

This is a beautiful park with decent space between rigs. Some sites are relatively level but many are quite a bit off level. We have about four inches of blocks under the curb side wheels and have two concrete blocks under one rear stabilizer and one under the other. I have just enough room to park in front of the Montana with rear bumper a couple of inches in front of the kingpin stabilizer.

We have nobody directly on either side and have a very nice view from the top of this hill, overlooking the pond/lake and other sites down the hill. We have other rigs off our rear port quarter and front starboard quarter. We see the former off to the side from our rear windows but it's not intrusively close. The other we see only from the bedroom window and it's off to the front aways.

The daily rate is a little pricey, around $29 for full hookups, plus $2.50 for instant phone. But the monthly rate is very reasonable. It's around $350 plus $25 for instant phone. Beware, though, that on top of the $25 you pay 2 cents per minute for local calls. That's only on monthly, not daily.

The manager is a little bit lax about getting mail. He usually gets it late afternoon or evening. Sometimes he doesn't get it until the next day. For us fulltimers, that can be frustrating. It's a long trip to the office (9/10 of a mile from our site) to find out the mail hasn't been picked up. So we'll be careful not to schedule a mail delivery for the day before we leave, just in case. Overall, the help is very helpful and polite.

We tried fishing in the pond but got no hits at all. However, we've had rain just about every day and the pond is high and muddy, so that's not a fair test.

This is a Good Sam park, which will help on the daily rates.

The CATV is a bit weak. No CBS. NBC was non-viewable the first week, then got better for some reason. It does have Encore and CNN. So it's acceptable.

Overall, this is a nice park and I would not hesitate to recommend it. Thanks to Rob and Julia for recommending it to us.
