Well, hecky darn, that first house sale vanished. Those buyers just disappeared. But the good news is that we may have another buyer. The deal is working, but it isn't real until the closing. It is a good house in a good location, so I know, at the right time, it will sell. There is no real pressure on us for a quick sale, but we would sure like to have it over and done so we can weigh anchor and move on to the future great adventures. Prayers appreciated.

We are praying for you guys! Your well-loved home must have known the first prospective buyers weren't right and is waiting for just the right family. That family is right around the corner just looking for the right place. We'll be doing this very same thing next year about this time, hoping to hit the road any time after the first of June. Our prayers are with you. Hopefully this will be the yes, and then it's done. Our house went up for sale and sold quickly, but hasn't closed yet... so.... one never knows untill all the paperwork is in and signed. Best wishes.
