Gold Hill, Oregon KOA

Located off I-5, exit 40, North of Medford, Or. This campground is now huge, the newer larger sites, for longer durations are in the back of the park with plenty of yard. The front part of the park is nice with shady pines and plenty of room, but with plenty of clearance. Its clean and well kept, pricey as most KOA's are, but we always stop in and say Hi to the owners, Kathy and Ken. An added bonus is the House of Mystery in Gold Hill, which is an interesting Vortex, a Must See!!

I live in the Rogue Valley and a better choice is Valley of the Rogue State Park. It will save a few dollars in your wallet and offers a nice place to park next to the river with full hookups. It is only a few miles north of Gold Hill. I do understand some people like private parks and there are different strokes for different folks.
