BJJ, I just got my 3585 back from the dealer and checked for outlets next to the bed and you are correct, there is no outlet on either side at the head of the bed. Closest one you could use is the outlet on the lower left side of the front closet.

There is an angled storage closet in the right front corner of the Bathroom in our 10th anniversary edition 3585SA. All our towels are in there. Bedclothes go under the bed or the sofa.
