Wind Storm caused some damage

We had a brutal wind storm last night, ripped shingles off the roof of the shop out behind the house and threw them up against the new 3790RD trailer and scratched the big window at the dinette, gouged the fiberglass exterior and scraped the stripes and paint on the side of the trailer and the entrance door frame and door itself.

Lost the top 4 rows of shingles, have nailed down the loose ones and have qo wait until the wind dies down to fix the roof.

Not too happy about the new Monty being damaged......sigh

Guess I'll have to see if they can get me stripes in the spring and how much the paint repairs will be. No sense this time of year in Ontario Canada.

Sorry to hear about the damage to Monty. We live in a wind prone area in Colorado. Last January, we had a neighbor that recorded 112 mph wind gust that took out many of our trees, several neighbors lost roofs and siding. We lost one piece of siding last month. The joys of home and RV ownership. Best of luck with the repairs.

Sad this had to happen to your new 3790 as mother nature can be so cruel every now and then. Hopefully insurance will help get the repairs done right and put this behind you. On the flip side enjoy the warmer weather you have been having.

Sorry to hear of your troubles. Since we spend most of our time in Kansas and the high plains of New Mexico we're very familiar with strong winds and the damage they cause. Glad no one was hurt and be happy you weren't in the Monty. It can be pretty scary.

Sorry to about your damage. We had tornado sirens going off here last night chasing us out of the Montana and trying to find a safe place to run to.

I am sorry to hear about damage. We been fortunate never to experience a destructive storm. It may be one of the few blessings living in Ca.

Now its our turn. Multiple tornadoes tonight. Four reported dead so far. Damage in several different towns south, east, and north of DFW area. Fortunately, for us, none in our immediate area.
