2018 Spring Rally - Utah - park registration time

The 2018 Western Region Spring Rally Information Update

If you have made your registration with the RV Resort, you still need to sign up for the rally here:http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...ad.php?t=72064

UPDATE: The allocated spaces the park set aside for us are now gone. If you still want to attend you will need to make a park registration. They will attempt to locate you as close as possible to our group site. Here is the information needed:

Location: Heber City, Utah

RV Park Name: Mountain Valley RV Resort. http://mountainvalleyrv.com

Dates: June 20, 2018, depart June 27, 2018

Wagon Masters: Jim Bender & Kristi Silver, and Cal & Leanne Jones

The RV park has our name (The Montana Owners Club) in their system and is prepared to take your reservation now and will assign you a site. A 25% deposit is required.

Cancellation fee - a $5 fee for cancellations before 8 days. If you cancel 7 days or less, you loose your deposit. If you don’t cancel and don’t show, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay.

The rates are on their website, depending upon which site you are assigned. The average rate is $330 weekly and/or $55 nightly.

If you need additional info, PM me and hopefully I can help. Subject your e-mail with 2018 Spring Rally so it doesn’t get lost.

This sounds like a wonderful park. I have talked to several other campers who have stayed there and they can't stop raving about it. We made a reservation also.

Talked to Mountain RV today asking about the 2018 rally and they said I could pick any site on their site map, they said there was no special location for the rally.

When I talked to them, they told me which sites had been reserved by the group; I picked one of them. I can't really remember but I think it was most of the U sites, S1-S26 and maybe some of the P sites. Don't rely on my memory, you should call back.

I talked to the folks again today and visited the protocol we had set up originally for reserving sites for the Rally. I had specifically asked them to assign the "S" sites first. Next, the "U" sites, "P" sites, and "M" sites last. I don't think anyone needs to switch their reserved sites at this time, but keep this scenario in mind when making your reservation. The RV park is very busy right now and things don't always work the way they were planned.

As of today, we have 22 sites reserved out of 45 and we still have 11 months to go. Reserve soon if you are thinking of going.

How many "young" families come to the rallies? It would take convincing the better half as we are planning a 2-3 week trip to Sedona, AZ and S. California with a routing through N. California if time permits.

As you grandsparents here know, gotta get the granddaughter around them to be seen
