After the report from our neighbor, we decided to make a day trip to Progreso today. No big crowds, everything was nice and quiet. However, we did not go very far down or stray from the main street. Bought what we wanted, had a cold Corona, then headed back to Rockport. It appears as my neighbor told me, that most of the businesses are still open. If the area remains as it has been, we will probably make another trip in a few months.
