some times when you open the valves too fast the valve will jam and not let the propane go through the regulator.close the valves on the tanks and open them real slow.this lets the valve in the regulator move slow and will not jam. this has happen to alot of people.this might me the problem.

I had a similar problem when I got my new 09, 3075. They replaced the passenger side regulator and both of the short hoses that connect the tanks to the camper. No more issues after that.

That is now happening to me too when the driver's side was working and then it would not failover to the passenger side, but I now find that the passenger side just plain doesn't work. My workaround is to swap tanks now until I figure it out.
I do see that the passenger side has an additional regulator and is rated at 18psi. I have read many places that this is too weak for Monty's and against Marshall's recommendation Keystone is installing the weaker regulator. I plan to upgrade to a 30psi regulator when I get a chance. Whether this corrects the problem or not, I feel I need to do this. If this fixes it, then problem solved, otherwise I suspect the main regulator and might have to take apart to check if is permanently stuck. I have heard this happens but there is supposed to be a way to clean and lube it to fix it. It this doesn't work, then I'll try more stuff.
The only clue I am having now is that the green/red indicator on the autoswitchover is only half way up meaning that even with both tanks open, only the driver's side half is working.

One of the problems with these new OPD tanks is the safety valve inside. If the tanks runs out and you get it refilled, once you reconnect to system the value should be opened slowly. Listen for the hissing sound once this stops can open valve all the way. What happens if you open to fast the tank thinks there is a leak and the safety valve inside shuts down the tank. If you forget to open slowly and this happens, close valve remove tank and bound on ground to release the built in safety valve, reconnect and open slowly till hissing stops. This has worked for me many times. Happy Camping!

Art, I think you have a pressure issue to the auto switch regulator. If you are on a full tank with the valve open you should not see any red. Only time I have seen half red/green was when my red 18PSI regulator went out. Even then, when I switched the lever to the other tank, I would get a full green flag. My red regulator was full of pipe thread compound.
I have never had an issue with the OPD slamming shut on the system as long as the regulators are working correctly. I did find my neighbor failed to screw the hose on good, and the safety slammed shut. He had called the RV service out, but I merely tightened the hose, closed the propane tank valve and re-opened. Problem solved. I am running now without the red regulator, and the bottle on that side has to be opened very slooooooowly.

If you have a red regulator on the curb side of the RV, that's the problem. It needs to be replaced with a new one that is 30 psi...the red one is only 18 psi.
