Rubber Roof maintance

Witht the Rubber Roofs what should a guy be doing to protect them and how often. Thanks Scott @ Clara

As far as Dicor, the manufacturer, is concerned there is no maintenance required. They only ask that you do go up there to check all the caulking for cracking and replace as necessary.
If you feel you most do something for cleaning then Dicor recommends DAWN dishwashing liquid and as often as you see fit.

I heard the same words that Glenn just said from Dicor at the Goshen rally. Do not and I repeat do not use any type of cleaner with petroleum distilates as part of the contents also lemon or orange scented soaps as bugs and birds think that your roof is something to eat. Do I need to put protectant on the roof after cleaning. Well according to Dicor if you have money to burn go right ahead but not required.
