Warm weather here we come.
Leaving tomorrow morning for Elephant Butte, NM (Lakeside RV Park) with a stop on the way at Osceola, IA to visit Terrible Casino. Will be doing a Jan. trip to Yuma (Shangrala Restort for 2 wks) & Algadonis, Mex., then to Parker (Blue River RV and of course Blue River Casino) and finally 3 days in Quartzite Jan 18,19,20; and then back to Elephant Butte for some serious fishing. Will flash lights at all Montanas. Hope you all have a safe & warm winter.

There go those jealousy pangs again. I will revisit this post in mid January when the winter is in full effect here in WV. I work on the top of a mountain where overnight lows at that time can reach about 15-20 below zero. Enjoy the warmth and comfort!!!!

Have a Safe and Fun Trip. We are still trying to get out of Washington and the Rain, to many friends and family to see.

John and Marianne, have a safe journey and pleasant visit. We have stayed in that park several times and will do so again for a couple of nights in December. Our very good friends, my best man (at our wedding) and his wife, live in Elephant Butte. That lake used to be fantastic but was down over 100 feet last time we were there. I hope it's making a comeback by now.

John and Marianne
Thanks for the recommendation. We were looking for a stop in NM before going to AZ. After reading all the testimonials on the web site, we booked for the month of Nov.
Happy trails.........................
