black water tank

After having a cracked water tank replaced last year, it is now leaking again and is probably cracked again. What is the problem with the black water tanks? This was a major problem last time and I do not want to go through this every 2 years. This is not something that I can repair myself. Any suggestions on better and stronger tanks or support bands? Am I the only one with this problem? Help!!!

Check with Richfaa. He has had a pile (no pun intended) of experience with black tank replacement.

Can someone please help us find out about the smell that we have in our galley area. It smells like stagnant water or muddy smell. It isn't very appetizing when you're trying to cook or eat around that area. Help!

Sorry it took me so long to reply, Anita. In the middle of moving from FL back to MI for the summer and I haven't been on the forum very much. You can also hit the "PM" button beside one of Rich's posts and he is usually very quick to respond. I know he would be helpful. Hope this helps. Dave.
