Barstow, Calfiornia
We are here at the Barstow KOA for two nights, then plan on gong up to see the Grand Canyon for a couple of days before heading down to Cocopah RV Resort in Yuma for the rest of the winter. Any suggestions of where to stay --- up in Williams near the Grand Canyon or should we stay down lower in Kingman????

Check out Calico Ghost town while you are there. We stayed at the KOA on the other side of Kingman. It was nice just not fancy. There is a KOA in Williamsburg that is closer to the Grand Canyon but cannot tell you anything about it.

Les and Julie, We stayed in Williams at the Grand Canyon Railroad RV Park. Packaage deal for space and two tickets on the train to the canyon. The RV park runs a shuttle to the station, or it is close enough to walk if you prefer.

Les and Julie when you drive past the LaPaz county park on your way to Yuma give us a toot on your horn. Have fun at Grand Canyon.

Les and Julie, We sure ejoyed the facilities. Have a good time. We have some fellow Montana owners who will be at Cocopah for the winter. They are from central Oregon, and their first names are Ken and Eileen. We've been trying to persuade them to join MOC and be at the rally in Tucson in April. If you happen to meet them at Cocopah, they are very nice folks.
