Pricing for Viair 400P-RV

Hello to all. I have been looking around at smaller air compressors for the Monty. I have my pancake DeWalt compressor and Honda generator, but the compressor is large and bulky and doesn't go on the road with us. I have narrowed it down to the Viair 400P-RV model. Pricey, but looks to be worth it to me. Right now Amazon has it for $270. This is down from $300 over the past few weeks. Based on history, is this a pretty good price or should I keep holding out for lower? Thanks in advance.

Found it for $270 - 15% on Camping World right now. Looking better every day. Never had a post get 0 replies though.

I bought my Viair 400P-RV for $198 in 2017 on Amazon “used”. It must have been a return but was in a box that was never opened, I got lucky. You should probably just get it while it is $270 unless they have a current deal like I got...

I have been looking at the same air compressor, so did you get one? I see that the 400P RV you can run it for 20 mins before you have to turn it off were the 450P RV you can run it for 50 mins but it don't fill up your tires as quickly as the 400P.

I made the mistake on buying one from HF and when I was using it the hoses blew so it's almost now worthless.

I ended up purchasing it from Camping World a few weekends ago. With stacked coupons, I got it down to $195; that's when I pulled the trigger on it. I haven't used it other than to test it and make sure it works. It feels solid. Hoping to take it out to the Monty this week and top off the Goodyears for a real test.

So you got the Viair 400P RV for $195 there? I went to there website and didn't see that kind of Viair I did seen the one but it wasn't that one.
