Volunteer coordinators
Vickie and I have been tasked with finding volunteer coordinators for the following activities. If you have an interest in any of them, send us an e-mail at jimfischer17@gmail.com or post it here and we can tell you what is involved. Volunteering to help with the rally activities is what makes a rally a success. If you are a first timer, this is a great way to make your first rally a memorable one. Once you agree to take on one of these jobs, you will have plenty of help, you won't be left alone, we can promise you that.
Here are the activities that are waiting for an enthusiastic leader to take charge and run with them.
Media Exchange
North to Alaska Round Table Discussion
Musical Gift Exchange (White Elephant with a twist)
We'd like to see as many new people volunteer to help make this a great experience for all.

What we are looking to fill right now are people willing to be coordinators for these activities. Once we have the coordinators, then they will be looking for volunteers to help. So we need some of you to step out of your comfort zones and be willing to take the lead. Believe me when I tell you that it's a rewarding experience and there will be plenty of expertise willing to help you. Let's get these positions filled so they can start building their teams.

The Smart Weigh people will be at the rally again to weigh rigs. We need a coordinator to keep a schedule of people wanting to get weighed. Who is willing to step up and take on this task? All that is involved is making a list and checking it twice. You won't even have to find out who is naughty or nice.

We'll have an area set up that people can put any books, cd's, etc. that they don't need anymore so others can enjoy them. It's fairly simple, just check on it once in a while to make sure things are in order.
