A little research and 20" tires can easily be found to carry 4000# each at 80 psi.

Most of this has to do with tires and not the truck so much. Same motor in SRW DRW trucks. However the weight rating of the tires has a lot to do with the load. You don't want to over load the tires. they get hot and you dont want to make your tires mad. 4 tires will carry more weight because you have 4 times the load carrying capacity. Other than that it's all the same basically. Sure the DRW has a different rear end because it's a DRW but the truck is basically the same. Remember the trailer has brakes. I hear it all the time sure the truck will carry the load but can it stop it. What are the trailer brakes for LOOKS? Your limits are the door sticker and tire load capacity. I replaced the tires on my truck and got the highest load capacity I could get in my tire size.

Just put on a set of BFG ko2 275/65 20, load capacity of 3750 per tire at 80psi. 3500 in DRW configuration. Awesome tires !
