Vacataion baby!

We will be leaving for 23 days of vacation this weekend. Oh Yeah Baby🤪. First stop is the Oregon coast for a week, then off to see more of the northwest. We live full time in the 5er but got 2 more years before we can quit work and play full time again.

Nice! Sounds fun! The Oregon Coast is beautiful but the weather can be pretty iffy this time of year. Which beach(es) are you planning to visit?

We are aimin for Gold beach, since they have ocean view lots with a hot tub and deck! A week to play up and down the coast. We spent five months working our way from Astoria to Yuma with our wander lodge and our Gold wing Trike! Let me tell you the Redwoods look so...... much different from the trike vs the pickup truck

Most of my Coast time has been spent in the northern part...from Florence north. A lot of time in Yachats as a child. We like Cannon Beach and Lincoln City. Also Tillamook/Garibaldi areas are nice.

I'm jealous - have a great trip

We have explored the entire oregon coast, what’s not to like! Going to gold beach to check out the hot tub rv sites at turtle rock resort. But will work our way up the coast for fun. Really l8ke the Lincoln city area.

OCEAN!!!!! Woohoo Baby, we made it, Vacation and standing at the Oregon Ocean! Got 3 weeks to play! The old Montana still pulls like a dream, don’t think I could have matched the truck, or set it up any better.

Gold beach, it’s small but nice and relaxing! May look at class a’s in eugene or bend on the way back. DW is prone to restroom issues every once in awhile and we think a class a would work much better. I

We prefer the north coast from Florence to Astoria. Newport is great and Astoria is very historic. Ft. Stevens is about the best state campground on the Oregon coast. We stay there every year for 7 days just after Labor Day. The coast is the nicest in the fall.
