On my mountaineer (2005 model), there is a short piece of white tubing sticking out below the bottom panel. Has a cap on it, simply remove the cap and the water drains. On some of the newer models I've seen the same hose but instead of a cap there appears to be a knob you turn to open the drain. Comes off the fresh water tank itself so should be close to where that is. Hope this helps some.

On our 2006 3400 Montana there is a cap on the white tubing as ramsey5 posted. You just take the cap off and the water drains out of the tank.

I have a 2007 3295 RK and it is the same for me. The white tube that drops down just a hair aft of the hook up station on the starboard side has a cap that you remove. Ironically enough, the dealership made a point to show me where the drain was because they filled the tank before I took delivery.

Richard,
One thing you should think about when you pull this cap off is where is the water going to go. If you are at home and just letting it out you might end up with a mud puddle. It also drains pretty fast and will spalsh on your shoes.

Richard,
I saw an earlier post where someone had put a garden hose connection on it so you could drain it somewhere else.

Thanks to all for the information. I saw the tube hanging down, but when I took off the cap no water came out. I will try again.
Thanks!

When you find the drain tube, here is the topoic ID for the easy modification I made to it. Took 5 min and $3.

We've used it a few times since, and it has worked as advertised..
Best regards,

If no water came out when you took the cap off the fresh water tank is probably empty.

I replaced the cap with a 1/2" PVC 1/4 turn valve. Modified the awning hook to be able to open and close the valve. Also added the valves to the hot and cold low point drains.

Just a reminder, those low point drains are the first to freeze in cols weather. I replaced mine with the metal boiler drains then insulated them with the spray foam.
