The KOA called the "Sacramento Metropolitan KOA" (California) located in West Sacramento is not one we'd recommend.
The grounds were poorly kept with overgrown weeds and trees, the gravel roads inside the camp were not maintained and had large potholes. We'd say about 80% of the RV sites were occupied by full-time occupants who also didn't maintain their sites or their RVs. Alot of the tent sites were also occupied by people/families who were obviously living in their tents. The entire campground was shabby and neglected.
It was very sad to see people living like that.
Not a place that we'd want to leave our truck or Montana at even overnight.
