Front cap decals

Discovered my front cap decals were starting to crack in several places. Called Burglington and they said decal defects had to be reported to Keystone now. Called Robyn in Keystone customer relations and explained problem and she requested a picture. Immediately sent picture and within the hour I was notified that new decals would be shipped. Tracking # will be sent to me later today. My camper was purchased in June 09. This is what I call "great customer service".

Robyn worked with me and she was real helpful...She sent me all the decals for the Monty.. The only 2 good ones left was Montana on the rear and Montana on the door side..

While at the rally in Goshen last month our john handle broke. Called customer service at 8:15 am and by 10:00 am a technician had come to the campground, installed a new john, and was gone!

We have a 2007 2955RL and also have had new decals delivered from Keystone. Has anyone removed and replaced these decals yet? Its looks like a tough job.
