I know it has been said before, but never hurts to put in a great plug for the folks over at Fantastic Fan. Our ten year old fan failed due to a broken motor mount. Called Jeff @ the factory and they are sending me a complete assembly, fan blade, motor and bracket free of charge. Just pay for shipping.
An example of strong commitment to their customer's!

Which reminds me... This sales guy came into my company years ago and told me how I should be ordering from his company because the parts were made in the USA, and that provided jobs here. I said great, but your customer service is not very good and your products do not meet spec. He left saying he would convey the message to the home office. I got a chuckle as he drove away in his BMW.

Wow. It doesn't get any better. It's been said many times before. Fantastic Fan as a company sets the standard for customer care. We had a problem years ago and were treated the same then too

We also like our fan, but had an odd experience yesterday: pressed to control switch on the wall to open/turn the fan on. Nothing happened. After a bit of poking around, I removed the fuse and re-installed it...looked ok, so I did not change it out. When I tried again, the fan opened/came on. So far it is still operating fine...do not know what to make of this one????
