We Are Back In Wisconsin!!

Hi Everyone,

We have been members since 2004 but have not been back to this site for about 2 years due to other trying commitments. But we are now back and looking forward to re-meeting everyone again. We have moved since last here and now live back in our home state of Wisconsin. It is so good to be back in Wisconsin after leaving over 25 years ago. Boy has it ever changed! Whew.

We are located just northwest of Green Bay by Pulaski. We are looking for others in the area to go camping with or even a camping club here. I am a Firefighter and my wife is a Teacher. We have 3 children and 4 granddaughters.

Twenty five years is way to long to be gone from Wisconsin unless you moved to Minnesota Welcome Back.

I grew up in western WI and moved away almost 40 years ago. Still, if someone asks where I am from, my first response is Wisconsin. True, the winters can be bad and taxes are worse but its always "home".

Welcome back, Packer Fan!

We, too are in Wisconsin, but we winter (for three months) in Arizona. We love it here, and while the taxes are high (as Dave e Victoria have said) but we do get what we pay for! During the last 7 to 8 years, Wisconsin High School Students have scored either 1st in the nation or 2nd (second only a couple times). We have some of the best state and county and local roads in the US. Our infrastructure is sound, and we have drawn back industries that had previously moved south. None of this happened by accident. Life is good.

Hi,
We too are Wisconsin residents. We live in Three Lakes in the North.
Winters are very long but the wait for summer is well worth it!
