Green with Envy
That's exactly how I describe myself for not having another RV. Maybe a Class C or even an A might make me feel better. When we landed in Casa Grande 2 years ago it was because of Grandkids, I guess you could say it has really been a blessing as I have been hospitalized 4 times since Mar of 2012. I feel I am over this stuff and would really like to start travelling again. Don't think I could sway the wife to leave though. Oh WOE is me

That's the key. If the grand children what to go Grandma will be all for it.

I'm with Bingo on this one. I sold my Harley Road King 3 years ago and then suffered a bout of Vestbular Neuritis which robbed me of my balance and ability to walk. I'm MUCH better now and have had the urge to get in the saddle again.
The solution? Rent one.
I'll keep that idea in my hip pocket for now, but Bingo's idea would apply to a RV as well.
Just a thought.

Phil & Cathy,
Buy a trailer and we'll tow you around behind us, you buy the fuel.
Really sounds like you're ready to get out of the heat and the beige!

Sure Robbie then he would have to get a hitch installed and void his warranty so you could hook up and tow your car

How about a Mountaineer bunkhouse model? Grands will love it!

Thanks for all the suggestions, especially yours Robbie, but, me thinks a Class C of some sort may be in our future. There is a big truck dealer we pass when we go to Chandler and Phoenix that has motorhome conversions on the big trucks and I am tempted to stop there someday but I really don't like sticker shock.....One day!!!!!!!

We had a class C before our first Montana. They are out there slightly used for all the same reasons people decide to give up RV'n at reasonable prices. Keep a watchful eye out. We enjoyed ours. Good luck!
