confusing rim information

We had one of our Mission tires disenegrate on Tuesday and are putting on 4 new "G" rated Goodyear tires. Stamped into rim is 3042lbs at 80psi which times 4 is not enough to support rig. On a paper stamp it is re-rated to 3750 at 110psi which makes sense for a 3400RL Montana. Should I trust the paper stamp & air up to 110lb? Mission tires say 3520per tire at 80psi which is over rim stamped rating, but not the paper tag? Seems like all other "E" rated tires are only rated at 3042lbs how can Mission be rated 500lbs higher per tire? This whole sitituation with mission tires seems like a possible lawsuit. Anyone else agree. We did contact TireCo and they are going to pic-up the tires at Big-O tire in Pahrump and evaluate them for defect on the 3 remaining tires and hoefully we will get some money. All we really hopefore is enough to fix the rig.Should have taken everyones advice and changed out tires sooner. But we can not go back in time so here we set in Pahrump NV waiting for tires to arrive and changed out.Dave

The paper is correct. Keystone asked Tireco if the rims would be good for the higher load and pressure and Tireco said yes they are and re-certified them.

Yes, the wheels with the stickers have been re-certified for the higher load and pressure.

The LT235/85R16 and LT245/75R16 load range E are rated for 3042 pounds at 80 psi. The ST235/80R16 load range E is rated for 3520 pounds at 80 psi in the Mission, Power King and probably others.

Mission has, in most cases, replaced the tires that failed, or reimbursed the people that had failures. I really doubt a lawsuit could be won against them.

Dandt: I contacted Tireco about two weeks ago after one of our Missions had a tread separation (6000 miles maybe). I explained my situation to them that I had lost all confidence in the remaining tires and it was obvious that sooner or later the remaining 3 would do the same. After giving them the DOT #'s of 619/2806 they immediately said they could offer a replacement of all 4 tires. I explained that we were in the Canadian north and a rural area and their reply was no problem we will pay all costs including duties to get them to us. Well 8 days later 4 new Freestar ST235/80R16 E models showed up no charge. Perhaps another case of compensation to avoid any future claims of negligence.

P.S. these Freestars are rated for 3520lbs @80PSI and I guess I will give them a try for the next 6000 miles or so.
