changes for 2020 model 3810MS

Our 2020 Legacy Package 3810MS showed up this week at the dealer. (FINALLY! WOO HOO!)
They made some cosmetic changes for 2020 and moved a couple things around! The power cord real is now under the bedroom slide out! The lighter wood looks awesome. They changed the interior trimmings up also. No more boring white ceiling panels. The interior glass is now different, and the fascia side of the island has been fancied up! They changed the rims, changed the taillights and moved the camera down just above the rear window. ( I think it used to be mounted with the rear lights at the roof line?)
We ordered it with the solar system and the salesman was surprised that there was no battery yet all the lights functioned! They added a window in the bedroom slide out. I think a window above the stove. (don't remember if the 2019 had it or not)
I also noticed yesterday that there was no outside tv or space for one! Not that I care. I am not going to watch tv outside. Never have, in fact we don't really watch tv anyway so it's not a problem! It may be an option though, not sure.
I will see what I can do to get pictures up tonight.

As a prospective buyer of of the 3811/3810... thanks for the pix. My personal take is lose the window where the stove is... more weight and more difficult to keep clean especially with cooking surfaces so close to it. The window in the bedroom slide can go also. There is plenty of light in there already and it adds weight which cuts CCC. I'd really like to see a 8k axle std but optional would be fine.

Overall, we love the floorplan... Great choice!

It's beautiful, congrats! Love the lighter wood, and the lack of outside TV.

I have been looking at not only my photos but some of the online photos from other dealers and have noticed that some of the 2020's look like the 19's, other then the exterior markings/colors. So far I have seen exactly one non legacy that looks like ours but it cost much more than not only what we paid for ours but also with the 19/20's look like. I wonder if we just got lucky and the order hit at the right time or did they change over the Legacy models first?
So, with that said, you can find a '20 model year that looks like a 19 at this point in time. May change later, how soon, I have no idea.

Thanks, I never was fond of the outside tv really. Too easy for someone to steal in my opinion.

Keystone's literature says that they make changes periodically. So it is no surprise that even within any model year some units will be different than earlier built ones. I like the lighter wood, glad the outside TV is discontinued etc. But other changes like the ones I mentioned in my previous comment tend to take away from my scoring system. At this stage, not enough to turn me off. The new graphics also have undergone a change midyear and they look like an afterthought. We liked the older Full body paint too... the new design is awful in our eyes and so we are not considering that option anymore. Maybe an aftermarket custom job?

It does appear that Keystone has upped the price of the new units... Tariff war? Just makes it harder to negotiate the price down to what we can live with. We'll decide that at the time. We can still vote with our wallet and that message will be if they want the sale they will work with us or lose it. Pretty sure other prospective new buyers are having similar feelings and pricing will follow suit. Business is business after all. The consumer doesn't have to be the only one to eat these cost/price increases. The RV industry has to share the pain... but I digress.

Thanks so much for the pictures. Our 3120 has not arrived yet, but we were informed of the changes a week after the order. The changes start at a particular vin# and is called the Modern Maple Edition and is mandatory. I love the new windows myself, I like as much light as possible. We were not asked for an increase in cost. Other 3120 changes include Dometic power flush toilet, midnight black roller shade material, dimmer switches, sliding bathroom door and towing hitch.

Looks great. Actually the rims/tires and suspension is the same as on my 2018.5 3791RD.

New rig

Very nice. As the current owner of a 2017, model 3810 I can see some of the differences. Some are quite nice. I like the new woodwork. However, nothing is quite outstanding enough to get us to change....again. Some things we did change right off. One was to get rid of the useless fireplace in the bedroom and replace it with a storage cabinet. The other was to get rid of the unused outside TV. Turned that spot into extra storage space, for outdoor games, etc. Most everything else stayed the same. I'm kind of undecided about the window over the stove, as one said it could be subject to splatters and spills. One the other hand, it would be nice to have another window on that side, since on ours there is only one! Otherwise, we are very happy with our 3810.

My 2019 3761 FL was one of the last built. It has some of the 2020 changes but not all. Did not have the price increase either.

We have a 2018.5 3811MS Legacy, would like to have had both the additional windows on left side.
On the other hand that bathroom sink is hideous and small.
We do love the 3811MS and have found nothing we would rather have.
Congratulations

Congratulations on your new rig: We have the 2019 and my wife would love that window above the stove. And on our last trip had thought another window in the bedroom would be nice. Love the new color ceiling. Ours is only 6 month old and our only big complaints are the quality of the recliner. Its king of cheep and wobbly. And the 2 12v batteries don't last through the night.

Great unit! Congrats. I love that they changed the carpet to more of a "mat" instead of the crummy carpet. Would love to put that flooring in mine! I guess too scared to try?
