Welcome to the forum. Below is the link for the information about this year’s rally. There is a wait list at this time. I think just one couple. This link will tell you what to do. Be sure to get on it, things can change quickly. When you are on the forum, click on the 2019 rally , there is much information there to check out. But the link below will get you started.
