COOLERS FOR WATER & ICE UPDATE 8/22/16
Donna & I have volunteered to keep the coolers with Water & Ice filled in both of the tents this year!
We will be bringing 1 large cooler ourselves so we will need 2 more large coolers for the large tent and also 1 small one for the small tent. If anyone has one of the sizes needed and can bring it for us to use we would be grateful! These numbers are a minimum amount we need.
FOR THOSE THAT HAVE AGREED TO BRING COOLERS PLEASE LET US KNOW IF ANY THING CHANGES AND YOU CANNOT BRING THEM. THANKS!!!
UPDATE: 8/22/16 AS OF NOW WE HAVE ENOUGH COOLERS. THANKS TO ALL WHO HAVE VOLUNTEERED TO BRING A COOLER!! PLEASE, IF ANYONE CAN'T BRING THEIRS, TRY IN ADVANCE TO LET ME KNOW SO OTHER ARRANGEMENTS CAN BE MADE!!!

Dennis-- we can bring a smaller cooler for the small tent and not bring our large cooler if you like. We're toting quite a bit of STUFF for the Rally and that would give us a little more space that way too. Let me know if that would work for you!
