I found mine by just dropping the curb side. But the dealer also had to look at it. We went there, hung around for 2 hours while they dropped the pan and got the #s then went back to campground as we are FT and called us when the tank and plumbing were in the shop. We had a slight glitch there as they shipped the tank and left the plumbing at Keystone. Just load some stuff in the rig and take it to the shop, tell them you are on the road now and need them to get the #s. Once they have them go home with the rig and have them call when it ALL comes in. Our dealer is also 3 hours away, I know it is a pain but the tank has to replaced... Dave and Betsy
