Intriguing floor plan I like. Bathroom and walk in closet are really nice. However....what's with the lounge seat?? Who's going to use that? Get rid of that and leave it as another closet, and put disc brakes and IS suspension on it and I will be on it in a heart beat. Otherwise I will be moving on to SOB with disc brakes and IS suspension.

Actually, you'll pay for the addition of disk brakes and IS no matter who you buy from. SOB's that say they include it just add it in the price, with Keystone you pay the extra later. If you go to the Morryd plant you see lots of new RV's some still without paint getting the IS added. They still come with the axles and regular brakes that Morryd takes off and then adds their stuff in it's place.

Just curious as to why you would already be dissatisfied with your 3720. We agree that the walk in closet is real nice but like you have no interest in a bedroom fireplace and lounge and wouldn't give up that storage space.
That is why we went with the 3721 which is very similar to the 3811 otherwise, no?

Love the extra height in the bathroom, FP in the bedroom... really? Different strokes I guess. I would rather have a dresser in its place... looks like an easy swap. Sitting area would become crafting/hobby area. LR needs larger TV alcove... That will require some imagineering but seems doable.

Exactly as he states we have been to the Mor Ryde factory and have seen the SOB in the lot awaiting the IS and brake installation Mobile Suites for One
We added to our 13 3402 Big sky at the plant.

3811

We, too, are now considering the 3811. I"lol take a look at the 3721. I've seen the acronym IS a few times now and I can't think of any reasonable explanation. A little help please.

If you've just got done working on something, the "SOB" might mean the "other" thing! But, some other brand is usually it. For those who are interested, we've just spent our first week in our new 3810. We both really like it, even with the "lounge" seat. Both of us like it, to recline, sun ourselves, watch the world go by, and I really like to be able to see what's going on out front, and keep and eye on the truck. As to the fireplace, we like the ambiance. Yeah, maybe a bit romantic too. However, when first arriving on site, and the trailer is cold, we've found that turning on both fireplaces really helps heat things up, without using our propane. And, if you close the bedroom door, you can keep it a bit warmer at night without heating the rest of the rig way up. Also, turn the fireplace "flame feature" (there are six choices) down to the lowest setting, it makes a great nightlight. Just like "camping out" in a cabin. But, as people say, to each their own.
